AIR-obics begins Wednesday September 4th for $5

AIR-obics exercise classes are coming to Aerosports Trampoline Park.  AIR-obics is the newest and best way to get the greatest low impact workout on Delmarva.  According to N.A.S.A scientists, “exercise on a trampoline can be up to 68% more effective than jogging.”  N.A.S.A., Journal of Applied Physiology 49(5):881-887.  AIR-obics can also improve lung function and you can burn up to 1,000 calories a session.  Exercising has never been so much fun.  Come see for yourself on Wednesday September 4th from 10 am-12 pm.  We will be holding 4 mini sessions lasting approximately 30 minutes.  Mini sessions will be $5 a person.  Normal sessions will last 1 hour and be $10 a person.  Space is limited so please call (410)896-2219 today to reserve a spot!

Attention: Waiver Policy Must Read!

•Everyone must have a signed liability waiver on file before jumping. 
 
•If a guest is under the age of 18, THE PARENT, or LEGAL GUARDIAN of the minor must complete the online waiver. For minors that are first time visitors the parent or legal guardian who filled out the waiver will be called to verify. After the first verification we do not need to call again. 
 
•If you are 18 or older you may complete one for yourself. Be prepared to show a valid drivers license or state identification card. We require identification for everyone over the age of 18.
 
•Waivers are able to be filled out online click the “waiver submission” button above or one may be completed on site at our computers once you arrive. 
 
•There are no exceptions to our Waiver Policy

 

Over 10,000 square feet of Trampolines, Aerosports Delmarva is one of the largest jump centers in Maryland. We have something for all ages! Birthday Parties, Private Parties, Corporate Events, Batting Cages or just jumping around (bouncing off the walls recommended), Ultimate Dodgeball (leagues forming), Large Lounge Area, Arcade and a Upper Deck level for viewing the whole facility.

Kids 42 inches and under have 1200 square feet of their own designed trampoline area. If you get hungry we have the right thing for you. Our snack shack has everything from nachos, pretzels, sodas, energy drinks, etc…
