IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- You can bring your own cake and candles. No other outside food is allowed (exceptions to this rule must be approved by our Party Coordinator).
- It is recommended that the group arrives 10-15 minutes before reservation time.
- To save time at check-in have guest fill out waivers online at our site prior to arrival and e-mail or have a list ready so waivers may be looked up.
- You are welcome to bring your own decorations and decorate the room.
- Your remaining balance is due at the start time of your party. We require a $75 non-refundable deposit to book a party package which goes towards the balance of your party.
VERY IMPORTANT: All jumpers must have a completed liability waiver on file in order to jump. Anyone under the age of 18 must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Anyone 18 or older can sign for themselves with a valid photo ID (must have picture and date of birth). Submit an online waiver here now or come in and fill it out on site. DON’T FORGET YOUR ID.
